I have had my vehicle here at least 4 times for repairs. Every time I have picked the vehicle up, a warning light or CEL returned within 20 miles of driving or immediately upon pickup. I have asked for quotes on services which I have never received. Objectively, the worst dealership service experience I have had. I’ve are no longer considering the purchase of any GM vehicles due to this being our servicing dealer.

The communication was outstanding and the text updates were helpful. The connected video would have been more useful if it had shown a walk around inspection. Software needs to be improved to eliminate the default of an additional charge when only an inquiry was made. The staff did do a fantastic job in greeting and servicing my Sierra.

The service advisor was clear in explaining the problem. I am happy with the repair. After my car was repaired, I chose to look at other cars on the lot for sale. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. The cars I checked were very nice, but neither fulfilled the needs I have for another car.

Terrible service, lied about the price of parts and labor with no explanation other than “I can’t help the price of parts” after telling me one price and then receiving it 1 day later, 0 communication, asked if I wanted to stay with it after 8am drop then unsure if it would get done in a day. Told it would take 4-5 hours, took 8. Lack of leadership

Service was fast and great. I especially appreciated the advise on not adding unnecessary services.

We are from out of town and needed our oil changed. They got us right in and were very professional. They helped make our trip a lot better knowing our truck was in good hands . Thanks

Very fast fix. Towed in on Sunday and had truck fixed and back by noon the next day!!
